Weekly Challenges:

Week 1:

*Hydration Habit: Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

*Balanced Plate: Ensure each meal includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

*Active Breaks: Take short breaks every hour to stretch or do a quick exercise.

Week 2:

*Mindful Eating: Practice mindful eating, savoring each bite without distractions.

*Quality Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.

*Stress Relief: Incorporate stress-relieving activities such as meditation or deep breathing.

Week 3:

*Daily Steps: Set a daily step goal and gradually increase it throughout the challenge.

*Screen Time Limits: Limit screen time, especially before bedtime.

*Healthy Snacking: Choose nutritious snacks over processed ones.

Week 4:

*Gratitude Journal: Write down three things you're grateful for each day.

*Gratitude share: share one thing your grateful for on your social media or the "fitbywix" app.

*Relaxation day: spend 1 day doing activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
