Lifting weights is one of my favorite activity to do at the gym, so much so that I started powerlifting in August 2022. Lifting heavy weights and become as strong as I can be, is my goal and although your goal might not be the same, building muscles is fundamental to lose fat and keep your body strong and healthy slowing down bone and muscle loss that naturally come with ageing.


Whether you want to lift heavy weights or simply improve your level of fitness, starting on your own can be scary.
This is why I'm here, to support you, help keep you accountable, so that you can discover your own potential, build healthy habits, burn calories, build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism and improve your overall health.

Let me help you with a programme tailored to you, based on your goals, that will include your favourite exercises and that will make you discover new ones so that it never gets boring and all in a fun and relaxed environment!


Keeping healthy and active can make a huge difference in your daily life.
Health is my main focus, it will take time, it will take commitment but if you eat well, move daily and give your body time to recover, you will see the results you want.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY

Yoga it's not just what you see on social media, all these super flexible and super fit men/women doing impossible contortion with their body, the truth is, that is just a little part of it.
Yoga is about connecting mind, body and soul and performing the postures is one way of creating that connection, it is an ancient philosophy and a way of life.

It is not important your gender, weight, ethnicity, political and religious beliefs, professional success, or your lifestyle...yoga is for
EVERY BODY!

Yoga has the powerful ability to change your life in the best way possible, by acting on the nervous system, through breathing and asanas, it gives you the opportunity to relax both your body and your mind, to be still, to be mindful and with time, you will be able to bring that calm into your every day life even when you are not on the mat.

Regular yoga practice can be very beneficial as it helps increase joint mobility, muscle flexibility and strength, improve balance, coordination and bodily functions.
                                               
Health & fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside!
I believe mobility and flexibility are very underrated in fitness, but to me are an essential part of any fitness journey in order to prevent injury, to help improve/develop proprioception, to enhance performance and muscle growth, to simply improve lifestyle and daily activities.

Whether you have a sedentary or a hectic job; you are an athlete or you have never done any physical activity in your life; you like to travel or you prefer to stay indoor, yoga has a place in everybody's life!

If you are not into sports or you don't like the gym, adding a little yoga practice to your week might be just what you need to keep your body active and your mind relaxed.


 

PILATES


Following the main principles of
Breath, Control, Precision, Centre, Flow, Concentration,
and performing exercises focused on core work, Pilates is a great low impact activity to help increase overall strength, improve posture, breathing and concentration and it could be beneficial for weight lifter for better stability and performance and reduce risk of injuries.

Pilates is suitable for every healthy individual, regardless of age, gender or level of fitness as the exercises can be adapted and modified to suit beginners or experienced participant.

 

I offer personalized 1/1 sessions as well as group classes for gyms & private companies.
