Lifting weights is one of my favorite activity to do at the gym, so much so that I started powerlifting in August 2022. Lifting heavy weights and become as strong as I can be, is my goal and although your goal might not be the same, building muscles is fundamental to lose fat and keep your body strong and healthy.
I'm here to support you, help keep you accountable, so that you can discover your own potential, build healthy habits, burn calories, build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism and improve your overall health.

Keeping healthy and active can make a huge difference in your daily life.
Health is my main focus, it will take time, it will take commitment but if you eat well, move daily and give your body time to recover, you will see the results you want.
