and performing exercises focused on core work, Pilates is a great low impact activity to help strengthen the body, improve posture, breathing and concentration.

Pilates is suitable for every healthy individual, regardless of age, gender or level of fitness as the exercises can be adapted and modified to suit beginners or experienced participant.
