Following the main principles of
Breath, Control, Precision, Centre, Flow, Concentration,
and performing exercises focused on core work, Pilates is a great low impact activity to help increase overall strength, improve posture, breathing and concentration and it could be beneficial for weight lifter for better stability and performance and reduce risk of injuries.
Pilates is suitable for every healthy individual, regardless of age, gender or level of fitness as the exercises can be adapted and modified to suit beginners or experienced participant.
PRE & POST NATAL
As all of my clients are women, I decided it would be great to add to my knowledge how to work with women during and after pregnancy.
With pregnancy, a woman's body undergo a series of changes and to maintain optimal health, it is important to continue/start training adapting the exercises and the training to the different changes that happen during each trimester in order to train safely and efficiently.
I offer personalized 1/1 sessions as well as group classes for gyms & private companies.
