I recently introduced my mom to strength training.
She is 65yo, with an advanced stage of osteoporosis and she is getting weaker as time goes by, not to mention she often complained about back pain.
I thought it would be a good idea for her to start training so she can age better.
She's loving it so far and I like to be able to share my passion with her that will help her feel better.
