Movement makes a difference

Exercise is not all about looks.

Being able to move freely, to carry the grocery, to pick up your grandkids and play with them, improving mental healt, these are the real benefits of training.

Sure, looking more "toned" and leaner comes with the package, but if you solely focus on that aspect, you might end up chasing after something that will never make you happy.
While focusing on health, will keep you motivated and will make you appreciate every little progress a bit more.
