Remember, 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟏 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭, (or more) does not mean you're not progressing, does not mean you 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡!
Your fitness journey is not going to be, feel or look the same every day, or every week or every month, as you don't feel the same way every day, or every week or every month. 🔄
Your performance can be affected by a number of things. Let's have a look at some of them.
𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩: Quality sleep is your body's reset button, crucial for recovery and optimal performance. Aim for 7-9 hours to maximize gains. 😴
𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝: Fuel matters. Balanced nutrition supports energy levels, muscle repair, and overall well-being. Make sure you nourish your body and don't restrict yourself too much. 🥙
𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: our body is made mostly of water, stay well-hydrated for improved endurance, cognitive function, and overall health. 🥤
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬: Most people have very stressful lives, the gym can be very helpful to release stress and negativity. Try to use this time to take care of yourself, instead of getting more frustrated about what you couldn't do. 🤯
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: you might need some time to adjust, make sure you listen to your body, take it easy for the first few sessions if you need to. ✈️
𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬: Understand your body's hormonal fluctuations. All the hormonal changes your body goes through might impact your energy level or your recovery. Once again, listen to your body, it knows better. ⚧️
Embrace the process, stay consistent, and find joy in the journey. 💪✨
Cherish your body and its capabilities and let every lift, win or fail, be a testament to your growth. 🌟
